Our resident Chocolatier, will work with you and your friends in creating an event that will thrill all. Together we will create mouth-watering chocolates that will make your desserts the hit of any party. This seminar will discuss:

• The fascinating history of chocolate
• Where to purchase chocolate and how to store it
• The tools and equipment you need to create chocolate
• And offer lots of sampling and take home treats

What better way to create a a memorable and fun experience. We break up your group into individual teams that create their own confections. For larger groups we can also have chocolate lectures and chocolate and wine tastings.
